Closes #16646
Summary
Implement
ALTER TABLE ... DROP PARTITIONin the Iceberg Flink catalog. The implementation translates Flink partition specifications into Iceberg row filters and removes matching data files through
deleteFromRowFilter. It supports identity partition fields, typed and null partition values, missing-partition handling, and consistent partition value formatting. The implementation and tests are added to the Flink 1.20, 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 connectors.
Tests
git diff --checkThe four Flink test tasks completed successfully. The local Spotless check could not be started because the Windows checkout's CRLF-formatted Gradle wrapper cannot be executed from the WSL mount.
